I Have Billing and Insurance Questions
Just because hospital bills and insurance claims are confusing doesn’t mean you have to figure it out on your own. We have a highly trained staff standing by to answer all your billing and insurance questions.
Contact us to help at (866) 904-6871.
We prefer that all co-payments and deductibles and other charges not covered by your insurance plan be paid prior to leaving the hospital. We accept cash, personal check, electronic fund transfer (EFT) and credit cards. In the Registration Department, payments may be made with a financial counselor.
Options for paying bills
For the sake of convenience, we offer a variety of payment options. Please choose the method that is best for you, whether it’s by mail, in person or online through our Online Bill Pay service.
Questions about your bill
After you leave the hospital, if you have questions about your bill or insurance claim, please call (866) 904-6871 or contact us. After your insurance claim has been processed, we will mail you a statement for any balance due. Payment is due upon receipt of the statement and may be made by credit card, cash or personal check.
