RSS Subscription

Subscribing to our RSS feed is easy.

RSS stands for Real Simple Syndication and is a publishing technology that sends articles to your computer or web browser for user-friendly reading. By subscribing to Good Samaritan’s RSS feeds, you’ll receive the latest in news and updates.

What exactly is an RSS feed?

RSS is a content publishing format that uses a web address to deliver information. Instead of using a browser, however, you’ll use an RSS feed reader.

How do I use an RSS feed?

To read an RSS feed, you first must select an RSS feed reader. There are two types of feed readers, a desktop program installed on your computer or a web app you access through your browser. One popular RSS reader for your desktop is FeedReader (Windows). Those who prefer a web-based RSS can use Feedly. There are many other options for both types of RSS reader so that you can choose one that’s right for you.

Steps to setting up an RSS Reader:

  1. Set up your RSS reader
  2. If an RSS icon like this one appears in your web address bar on your Internet browser, click it. Or
  3. Click one of the three RSS links below:

Good Sam’s RSS feeds are provided for free and for your convenience. You can unsubscribe from them at any time by removing them from your feed reader.
