The birth of a child is one of the most exciting events in your life. 

At  Special Deliveries at Good Samaritan Medical Center, our goal is to provide you and your loved ones with comforting, personalized care.

Our private delivery rooms were designed with your comfort in mind.  From the soft pastel colors to the entertainment unit with a television and VCR to the pull-out sleeper chair, each room is beautifully appointed with everything you need to feel right at home. All of the rooms have a fetal monitoring system and an infant care station. Cesarean births take place in one of our private obstetrical operating rooms within the Special Deliveries Unit. We also offer a Neonatal Level II nursery in case your baby has special needs.

Your baby may stay in the room with you or spend time in the nursery, if you choose. Lactation specialists are available to support mothers who choose to breastfeed.
